Shipping Policy – Bombay Bazaar | Indian Supermarket

Shipping Locations: We currently deliver across the South Island within New Zealand. We deliver to the North Island on request, please email us your postal address at onlineorder@bombaybazaar.co.nz to enquire.

Shipping Rate: $9.99 per 25kg box. We will contact you if your order requires another box.

Order Processing: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Orders containing fresh produce, chilled or frozen products are only processed and dispatched between Monday and Wednesday to ensure they are delivered to the customer before the weekend. Orders placed after 9am on Wednesday will be processed and dispatched from the following Monday on a first in first-out basis.

Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for promotions that offer free shipping.

Changes and Cancellations: Contact us promptly for order changes or cancellations. If a product you have ordered is unavailable we may contact you to confirm if you would like an alternative product. Customers will be sent a payment link if there is a price difference between the original and alternative product. If a customer wishes to cancel an order after the order has been packed, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee. A customer cannot cancel an order once the order has been sent for delivery from the Bombay Bazaar warehouse and is in transit.
